Jun Ito (Founder / Executive Director)
Japanese Business Consultant & Business Trainer.
Jun comes from a strong background in business consulting. Prior to WBPF, Jun spent nearly a decade as a business consultant with Accenture, one of the biggest global consulting firms. He has worked in more than 20 countries including several in Africa.
He is also a social entrepreneur and has been working with SVP (Social Venture Partners, Tokyo) since 2011. He launched WBPF Training in 2014 in Kampala.

Gopal Venkat (Advisor)
Gopal Venkat has over 25 years of Global consulting experience across North America, Europe, Australia, Asia and Africa. He has worked in diverse settings such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Media and Non-Profits. His key areas of expertise include Strategic Program Planning, Relationship Management, Procedure & Policy Development & Enterprise Technical Solutions. After a 2-year stint in East Africa, Gopal is back to his home base and resides in New York.
Takuya Akaishi (Advisor)
Takuya is a HR Consultant with Deloitte. He has provided HR consultancy for firms in South East Asia and Europe. He has an MBA from HEC School of Management, Paris.
Shunichi Mizugaki (Supporter)
Shunichi has a deep interest in education and other social development issues. As Co-President of the International Development Youth Forum in 2014, he organized the international development conference whose applicants is over 1,000. He also participated in a project for children in earthquake stricken areas of Japan. He also conducted Academic Debate Training for high school students in Japan.
